(Lack of) Blogosphere Exposure

I suddenly think that my exposure to the blogosphere is very limited. Or rather, it's limited by myself because I almost always spend ALL of my time online on familiar sites. My usual cocktail of sites include the usual blogs, friendster, more recently facebook, CNA, the webmails, auctions at times AND THAT'S ABOUT IT. Boring hor! Recently, with more time on hand I've become more adventurous and have started exploring the more controversial blogs.. hahaha.

I've seen xiaxue a few times and almost always, I'll spend alot of time on her site (that is impressive by online standards becoz why should a single site command your exclusive attention, right!!). I am certainly not a fan of hers but at least I can see a commonality - there's someone out there who is as fearful of lizards like my sister and I! Haha! But we are no way close in terms of sadism la.. check out her extremely sadistic entry on how she vows to exterminate all lizards that cross her path.. ..

fearful of lizards as we may be, I don't think we derive pleasure from killing them..

Yuan doesn't like me to read her blog 'coz he thinks she's "a bad influence". Hehehe.. I think it's good after-work relaxation kinda humour 'tho

I am thinking of moving. Maybe to blogspot, where entries can be grouped into categories.. like more interesting right? Also wanna change my layout.. this is boring..

arrgh time flies, it's Mon again soon..  Fri comes by soon by Mon comes by EVEN SOONER.

It's been quite an "ok" weekend 'coz we borrowed the car. See the blog title? It refers to Botak Jones.. err hehe. Actually I find it ok la, just that we gotta wait for too long - more than 1 hr!!! And there are soooo many tables of ppl who have to wait for more than 1 hr.. >_< .. he says he dun wanna eat there anymore. =P

Facebook trap

AHHHHHH have fallen deep into the Facebook trap - it's highly addictive! I find myself logging straight into the computer when I get home - didn't use to be this enthusiastic when I was into Friendster leh >_<

I think it's the seemingly endless no. of stuff you can do to, and with your friends. It's kinda childish I feel but VERY interactive lor. You can send all sorts of gifts (hatching eggs, growing gifts, booze, etc.), you can hug/kiss/punch/pinch/karate-kick your friends, you can rear a pet and literally pet/feed it, etc. etc. It's fun! I think it's so appealing becoz ppl like to check out what their friends have in store for them. Think someone with friends who do not send them things will not find it fun la

[on a separate note] I was soooooooooooooo sleepy during the first 1.5 hrs of class today! Dunno why but I always feel very sleepy during the first 1.5 hr leh, the next would be better. Cannot understand 1/2 of what he was talking about today though the other 1/2 was very interesting and funny.. haha. Think he's quite an interesting and smart character; he reminds me abit of my Daddy hehe.

Back just in time for Mummy's b'dae

Today is Mummy's b'dae --> HAPPEE B'DAE MUMMY!!! (not that she will see it here 'tho, wahaha)

We wanted to go to Genki Sushi @ Forum but damn, it's their annual D&D!?! We ended up going to Jade Palace Seafood restaurant instead.. hmm.. kinda ex har.. see pics below:
